Our client is looking for a Senior Java / J2EE Software Developer with experience designing and developing server components for high volume systems. The developer will be designing and developing software solutions for web applications in an Agile software development environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity!

Position Requirements:

- 5+ years enterprise Java Web Based Application development experience.

- 3+ years experience using J2EE to deliver highly-scalable web applications -- including JSP/servlets, as well as Struts, Spring or other web-applications frameworks, in a commercial setting.

Skill Requirements include:

-Intimate knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Java 5.0 experience preferred
- Understanding of n-tier architectures
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle
- XML / XSLT experience
- Experience with MVC Frameworks
- Strong JSP 2.0 and Servlet 2.4 development skills
- Experience with Rich Interface technologies such as AJAX / DHTML
JavaScript and CSS
- Working knowledge of application servers; Tomcat or otherwise.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) preferred
- Experience with Flash and/or Flex a plus
