What you will be doing:
Capturing business needs and requirements through collaborative end-user discussions
Actively participating in the discovery, design and development processes for new document imaging and content management initiatives
Developing solution integrations, enhancements and customizations in a project-oriented team environment
Establishing knowledge leadership of the Documentum product ecosystem and roadmap
Assisting with ongoing system tuning, support and maintenance
Continuously building and refining your Documentum expertise.
What you need to have:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with XML, DQL, docBasic and Java
Working knowledge of 5.3+ WDK and DFC development, including BOF and TBO/SBO
Solid understanding of relational databases, including SQL
1½+ years experience installing, configuring, integrating, maintaining and supporting Documentum Webtop and the content server
A strong interest in content management technology with a desire to continue growing and expanding your technical skills.
Other desirable skills:
Sales engineer, implementation consultant or support experience a plus
Integration experience with Captiva InputAccel is also beneficial
