Our client has been in business for 22 years, considered a small firm(less than 50 people), very profitable, stable and growing They are in a niche market where they have become known as providing an excellent service giving their customers quality results. Their service in this industry is considered technologically advanced giving them an advantage over competitors in the marketplace.
Their customers base is very diversified reducing their dependence on one industry, with clients in the following sectors: financial services, insurance, telecom, retail, distribution, manufacturing and health care. Their work environment offers software engineers an office to work from, 21 inch flat screens, and flexible hours.
What will you be doing?
This client is starting to develop new ASP.net/C# projects from the ground floor. They recently hired a new VP of Engineering and now a Project Lead to help take this company to the next growth level. This is your chance to participate in this new team and be a part of
a whole new SDLC. You will work with professionals who have experience to mentor and guide you in developing software the right way.
What kind of candidate are we looking for?
You must have strong communications skills, and have that "Ownership Mentality." Other skills needed are the following:
* 1+ years software development skills
* Web applications experience
* C# preferred or Java
* OO skills
* SQL and SQL Server, although any relational database is fine
* Worked in delivery of multi-tiered solutions
* Go-getter, motivated, team player
Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Total Compensation: 80k -92k
Base Salary: Up to 75k
Bonus Plan(up to 5k)
Profit Sharing (10%-15% of salary)
401K
Relocation: No assistance
