Job Description:
Come join a small and growing web design / consulting company in Phoenix. This position will allow you to bring your talent to the table, as well as give you the opportunity to keep learning. You will be working fairly independently, but within a small team on a large web based application for the medical industry.
Programming will be done in asp.net and c#.
Top Criteria:
1. Solid asp.net and c# skills. I would say 5 yrs+ of experience with C# with Object Oriented programming experience. Looking for a Sr. C#.NET lead type that may be looking to enter a project manager type of role but still be primarily involved with heavy daily hands-on programming while overseeing a team.
2. Ability to work in a small unstructured company (5 people). Must be self directed and able to work independently while still being part of a team. Must be able to hit the ground running with little or no direction, as well as a minimal learning curve. Must be able to figure things out within a few days as training will not be readily available. Culture fit will be important (ask me for details).
Skills: 5+ yrs of experience with asp.net and C#.
Ability to work in a small unstructured company (5 people).
Will be working on a large project for an out of state medical billing company. Medical billing experience is not necessary.
What Does The Company Do: Small web developer / consulting company for complex database driven sites such as 3 Day Blinds. They are needed at least 2 people for a long term large client (medical billing). The owner is a seasoned developer with 20plus years experience in IT, consulting, and web development. They have solid plans for expansion and growth!
