Job Description:
This candidate will be helping their internal Call Centers with their development. Ideal person would be very team-oriented, can work with minimum supervision, and a self starter.
Position responsibilities include development and customization to the Nortel MPS 500 IVR, Symposium and Call Pilot systems. Position requires in-depth knowledge and hands on experience with these products in a call center environment utilizing VOIP technology. Also requires daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the MPS 500 IVR and Symposium scripting, skillsets and application databases. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail with minimal supervision is a must.

1. IVR Development
2. Symposium
3. Call Pilot
Skills:
Must have Nortel certification and or 3-5 years hands-on experience servicing, supporting, and maintaining the Nortel MPS 500 IVR, Symposium, and Call Pilot products. Excellent written, verbal, technical documentation skills a must.
