Job Description:

· Design and development using an N-Tier application framework and object-oriented methodology, and leading the technical team in the development of enterprise standards and best practices for all areas of .NET application development.

· Understands existing business model and leverages the appropriate technology to support the business case

· Identifies and captures key (architecturally significant) constraining requirements as a supplementary specification

· Participation during all phases of software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, code review, acceptance testing and warranty support

· Works with the Project Manager/Team Leads to establish project design guidelines and perform code inspections and reviews

· Masters and applies design patterns and performs design and architecture reviews

· Develops sample code and architectural prototypes

· Oversees the integration and system tests and evaluates the results of integration and system tests

· Brings innovative technologies to projects

· Creates Intellectual Property as directed by client requirements or company management

· Assists in the creation of internal materials, processes or infrastructure that can be used by the company

· Provide documentation and other technical artifacts.

Communicate with both technical and non-technical staff to support analysis, design, testing, and troubleshooting of project issues.

Requirements:

· BA or BS, in computer science, engineering, or science/technology-based discipline

· 7+ years of relevant technical or application architecture experience

· Significant experience in matching the appropriate technologies to business needs

· Understands complex database concepts and client/server, distributed and internet systems architectures

· Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and software methodologies including OOD methodologies

· Solid understanding of User Interface design methodologies

· Effectively communicates, interfaces, and presents to client Senior
Executives and Managers

· Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize and manage time on multiple projects and tasks.

· Detail-oriented with a thorough and systematic approach to problem solving.

· Results-driven self-starter that is able to work in a fast paced team environment.
