Join our software development team creating new products and services for the Marine industry. We're looking for people who can respond quickly to changing requirements, help us evolve new processes, and ensure we're delivering great software. We offer the chance to work hands-on integrating navigation equipment and data with high quality graphical interfaces, a motivated team environment, and a casual work place. As a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer you'll be helping to build new processes, drive test automation, and work directly testing new products.
This position:

Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity. Leads the development of test procedures. Applies lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures. . Develops data processing tools and algorithms. Generates test procedures and software. Guides others in the design of test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements. Oversees debriefing of the test team. Leads the analysis, processing and formatting of data to customer requirements. Formulates expectations for test data based on historical data. Performs functions as required to ensure calibration system readiness and data validity. Trains others. Works under minimal direction. Works closely with software engineer and requirements analysts.

Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
We are looking for someone with experience developing automated testing, using high level languages (C++, C#), scripting languages, or tools such as QuickTest Pro and Rational Robot. The successful candidate will be experienced designing"white box" testing.
