Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or
equivalent experience in related discipline with an information technology focus.
• Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent technical certification desirable.
• CISA / CISSP certification is a plus.
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
• Five or more years of progressive broad-spectrum infrastructure systems and technical
management experience.
• Five or more years of deep technical knowledge, administrative and management
experience with one the following platforms: workstation, midrange, messaging or
networked services.
• Two or more years in information systems or security to include management or
administration in at least six of the following areas:
• Network Security and Firewalls
• Internet Proxy and Cache systems
• Relational Database Security
• Remote Access and VPN solutions
• Intrusion Detection and Response
• Anti-Virus Systems
• Messaging Security
• Security Policy and Procedure development and monitoring
• IT General Control Guidelines
• Privacy and Data Protection
• Windows Security (OS Patching)
• Active Directory Security
• Identity Management processes
• Access Management processes
• Security Compliance for Regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPPA, ITAR)
• Security Strategic Planning and Risk Management
• Web and application based Security
• Two or more years managing Service Improvement Programs and Cost Improvement
Programs.
• Two or more years managing global infrastructure services or in a management role
within a consulting services provider, technical vendor services, or outsource services
provider.
