We have immediate positions available in our Technology Solutions Department.
The primary duty of the Application Development Manager is overall responsibility for supervising the Systems Team Staff (and outside resources as required), establishing and implementing policies and procedures for the administration of the Systems Team, as well as organizing, overseeing and assisting in the design, development and maintenance of software and application projects, and maintaining the systems and tools used to perform such tasks. The Application Development Manager reports directly reports to CTO.
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Application Development Manager with demonstrated work experience in relevant technologies with strong analytical skills to design, build, support and maintain developed systems. The ideal candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects in the area of software development and application programming for new and existing projects, oversee the support and maintenance of developed system post-launch, have excellent work ethics, communication and presentation skills with a strong business aptitude and collaborative attitude.
SKILL SET includes proficiency in tools, techniques and methodologies used to design and develop software and applications, especially the Systems Development Life Cycle process. Example: ASP.NET, VB, VB.NET, ColdFusion, CFML, PHP, C, C++, C#, Java, etc.; T-SQL Development; SSIS. Designing, managing, manipulating and querying databases and data files in formats including MS SQL, XML, MS Access; cvs/txt. Experience in the following: Reporting Systems (MS Reporting Services and/or Crystal Reports, etc.), authentication and security methodologies, web server platforms and relevant infrastructure (IIS, Apache, etc.), systems integrations, data interchange methodologies, process automation.
