Primary Objective:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Application Support Analyst to assist customer(s) with resolving their custom workflow solution issues. This position will report into our Technical Service Group Product Support team to fulfill our BPM support obligations for both the Intempo/Adobe and Metastorm customer base.

Responsible for the resolution of reported support incidents for customers that have implemented our workflow products and solutions. Is a senior level developer/consultant with experience delivering and supporting workflow solutions using the Intempo Adobe and Metastorm products. Has the ability to clearly analyze a technical issue and provide a solution to customer to resolve the issue. Will be responsible for supporting our custom workflow productized services including our FX development tools, and EConflicts product.

Primary Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities include the following:
•Experienced developer delivering quality software and technical support services
•Assist customers with resolving issues that our reporting into our Pivotal support system.
•Map business process workflow
•Work with clients to understand a reported issue, develop a resolution approach, and articulate solution to customer to get buy-in and closure
•Test software applications to insure stability and reliability of our solution
•Document solution for potential re-use and maintenance
•Ability to migrate and upgrade existing software solutions
•Learn and support our FX workflow tool-set and EConflicts product
Co-ordination and management of support incidents that are routed to third party vendors such as Metastorm and Adobe.

Staff Skills and Knowledge:
Responsible for coordinating successful resolution of custom workflow solutions using the Thomson Elite Intempo/Adobe and Metastorm product.

Experience in business process analysis and requirements definition using standard business process modeling methodologies
•Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or other software engineering implementation methodologies.
•Knowledge using BPM application software. Experience includes mapping workflows, writing browser and server scripts, developing and integrating with web services and developing custom controls.
•An understanding and experience in web technologies such as HTML, DHTML, VB Script/JavaScript, IIS. Experience with GUI design and development, windows services/DLLs/DCOM
•An understanding of and experience in operating systems such as; UNIX and Windows NT/2000/XP
•Use of Office software including MS Word, Excel, VISIO, MSProject, and PowerPoint

Show knowledge and understanding of other related areas such as
•Financial applications
•Database design
•Accounting Principles
•Participate in continuing education courses for in-house personnel in areas of expertise when requested

Client Satisfaction and Financial Objectives:
Responsible for meeting the client satisfaction and support obligations of our Technical Services Group workflow services practice. Includes:

Ensuring overall client satisfaction by:
•Supporting and resolving customer workflow incidents and technical issues.
•Ongoing contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with support solution.
Attention to project billing and accounting by
•Insure that time spent on a customer issue is properly applied to an existing support contract or billed as a billable support incident to the customer.

Minimum Requirements -- Knowledge and Skills:
•Bachelor Degree in Computer Science required
•Relevant software development language skills. Relevant experience in financial applications, data warehouses and accounting principles is preferred
•Certified in the use of Intempo/Adobe products and Metastorms e-Work Designer and Developer BPM tool suite Preferred
