Job description: Scope:
Participates in the planning of and manages one or more elements of software engineering development functions. Manages a group of 18-25 software developers with a balanced mix of experience.Accountable for end to end product developement lifecycle.
Skills:
- Has advanced in-depth knowledge of / skills in the content areas of:
Software design and development
Software development tools
Software applications security
-Has advanced in-depth understanding of software development lifecycle
Knowledge of Microsoft related Technologies (Web application servers, Databases, Multi-threaded, High transactional volume applications, highly distributed systems)
Excellent people management, technical, leadership and process management expertise
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in the design, development, testing and implementation of complex software-based products or applications
- 5 to 8 years supervisory or management experience
-Master's / Bachelor's degree or equivalent
