Renaissance Dallas Hotel located at 2222 Stemmons Freeway Dallas, TX 75207 is in immediate need of a talented Engineer-Building III. This position is responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule.
