Mandatory Requirements required
Around 7 years Experience managing custom software development projects of medium to high complexity with at least 8 development team members.
5 years Experience with the full life cycle of Project Management, including planning, budgeting estimating, execution, close out and sustainment.
4 years Experience managing software development projects involving object-oriented design and application architecture with emphasis on:
- Incremental, iterative development.
- Integration across multiple projects.
- N-tier applications.
4 years Experience working on iterative and/or Agile software development projects.
3 years Experience managing a .NET custom development project within an Enterprise Solution environment
Desirable Requirements
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience managing RUP software development projects.
Experience with IBM Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro, Test Manager, and/or SODA
Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience with GIS.
