No third party submittals

Functions:

Design and implementation of QA plans for company products their software payload & services offerings
Create & Execute automated scripts, manual test scripts / scenarios.
Track defects and ensure they are resolved.
Create or acquire automated regression suites and testing tools for IQ-Core software.
Implement security testing, in conjunction with company's Security Architect.
Implement Performance and Stress testing.
Present quality status to Prod Dev and / or Project management teams.
Create procedures that conform to and enable certification requirements in conjunction with QA Manager.
Assist in estimating projects as part of the pre-sales process.
Have primary line responsibility for the quality levels maintained in the product development processes.
Other Duties as Assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

BS Computer Science or equivalent experience, required.
5+ years testing experience, required.
Experience with Microsoft 2003 Server platform, required.
Familiarity with protocols such as SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, SOA, Web Services, required.
Experience with Automation Tools & Scripting languages, required.
Experience with Network devices a plus (e.g. Switches, Routers, WAP's)
Experience with network security devices a plus (e.g. Firewalls, VPN, Proxy Servers)

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience with Common Criteria, FIPS, IA and other DoD or Federal certifications a big plus.
Certification to Microsoft MCP or Cisco CAN, a big plus.
Certification in QA to Six Sigma, NSSB or equivalent a big plus.
