POSITION SUMMARY
Participates in the successful deployment and use of the new ERP system including implementation of SAP software and 'To Be' business processes according to the approved methodology and Business/IS organization. Acts as a thought leader and change agent driving execution, facilitating agreement, and delivering the project within the defined scope, budget, benefits and timeline.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Act as the QTC team's US-based representative.
• Work in close collaboration with other global QTC team members (EMEA, Asia Pacific) as well as colleagues in other functional areas.
• Responsible for the global design of common cross-organizational Sales and Marketing processes.
• Responsible for all documentation and training support.
• Provide all necessary support related to Sales and Marketing to other functional areas (links with manufacturing, purchasing, etc.).
• Responsible for SAP software design to accurately reflect agreed upon core processes in the system.
• Responsible for rollout of processes throughout all companies including complementary software design, users training, and post go-live support.
• 4 year degree compatible with business area (sales, marketing) is a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of related Sales and Marketing experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Practical SAP user experience required.
• SAP or ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a project team member working in complex, worldwide project environments.
• Understanding of business methods and best practices within their value stream.
• Ability to be an influential member to provide leadership, establish vision and lead change.
• Experience with project implementation tools.
• Ability to accept our implementation plan and guideline rules.
• Ability to converse in two languages preferred.
• Ability to travel at least 60%.
