ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Responsible for master data conversion, Inventory and Warehouse Management in the US.
• Fully understands the functions of the software within his/her value stream.
• Determines fit/gaps with defined business requirements and designs effective solutions to fill those gaps, minimizing the need for software modifications.
• Designs and parameters the software in a world wide vision respecting the local constraints.
• Implements the AS-IS business process for business units within the specified functional area and geography in the respect of a world wide coherency.
• Utilizes Six Sigma tools and the software implementation methodology to define and enforce the standard CG processes and software settings that make up the global design (TO-BE).
• Plays a role in re-engineering business processes as business changes warrant.
• Assists with the software deployment and establishes effective training to local team members and change management programs.
• Previous experience as a project team member required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Practical SAP user experience required.
• Experience with SAP.
• Production Planning experience and familiarity with master data.
• Prior business experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience as a project team member.
• Understanding of business methods and best practices within their value stream.
• Ability to be an influential member to provide leadership, establish vision and lead change.
• Experience with project implementation tools.
• Ability to converse in two languages preferred.
• Ability to travel at least 60%.
DESIRED SKILLS
• SAP or ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to consistently follow tasks through to completion.
• Excellent communication.
