POSITION SUMMARY
Participates in the successful deployment and use of the new ERP system including implementation of SAP software and 'To Be' business processes according to the approved methodology and Business/IS organization. Acts as a thought leader and change agent driving execution, facilitating agreement, and delivering the project within the defined scope, budget, benefits and timeline.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Act as the ATF team's US-based representative.
• Work in close collaboration with other global ATF team members (EMEA, Asia Pacific) as well as colleagues in other functional areas, such as purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Responsible for the global design of some common cross-organizational financial processes such as A/P, A/R & credit, G/L, product costing & inventory, intercompany processes, fixed assets, treasury & cash, controlling and SOX. Also responsible for documentation.
• Provide all necessary support related to financial matters to other functional areas (i.e. links with manufacturing, purchasing).
• Responsible for SAP software design to accurately reflect agreed upon core processes in the system.
• Responsible for rollout of processes throughout all companies including complementary software design, users training, and post go-live support.
• 4 year degree (or greater) in accounting, finance or coursework.
• 5 to 10 years of related finance, accounting & controlling experience.
• Familiar with American Accounting Principles and costing procedures.
• Experience working in complex, worldwide project environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Practical SAP user experience required.
• SAP or ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a project team member.
• Understanding of business methods and best practices within their value stream.
• Ability to be an influential member to provide leadership, establish vision and lead change.
• Experience with project implementation tools.
• Ability to converse in two languages preferred.
• Ability to travel at least 60%.

• Experience with SAP (FI CO modules) including software configuration.
