Working on the design and delivery of business solutions based on SharePoint Portal Server technologies. The role involves working the entire life cycle from pre-sales through design, planning, delivery and post-implementation activities. Position would entail installations and configurations of SharePoint Portal Server 2007 & SharePoint Services.
Skills Required:
An experienced MS SharePoint consultant who has strong skills & experience across the full SDLC working in large projects.
The successful applicant will have outstanding customer-facing skills alongside an excellent knowledge of the SPS product.
Comfortable being the principle contact with the client and can design & architect solutions within large & complex environments.
Experience working with MS OLAP.
Good business skills are essential as is the ability to help clients identify their needs, document those needs, estimate the work associated with those needs and work with them to deliver quality solutions.
Good working knowledge of .NET is required.
Ability to Organize & prioritize multiple tasks/issues.
Programming Languages Required:
VB .NET or C# .NET a PLUS
Networking Tools Required:
Working knowledge of Exchange & Active Directory
Years of Experience Required:
3 + years
Specific Industry Experience:
Consulting experience preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
Certifications Required:
Microsoft IW (SharePoint or EPM) Certification a PLUS, Microsoft .NET Certifications a PLUS
