We have an immediate need for a Project / Program Manager in our Bethesda, MD location.


DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate must have experience supporting UNIX, transitioning mainframe files, and hosting. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, (or series of smaller projects/definable piece of a larger program) for successful performance consistent with contractual agreements. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects; and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.

The PM will lead two critical initiatives:
1) Building a Disaster Recovery site
2)Transitioning the Tape Library


REQUIRED:
Must be a clearable U.S. Citizen
10+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree


REQUIRED SKILLS:
PMP Certification
Prior experience managing a Data Center
Disaster Recovery
Network Engineering Background
UNIX Solaris and/or HPUX
The more of these skills, the better, but candidate must have a PMP Certification and hopefully a combination of the above.
