NetBackup Expert - Contract Opportunity - WI
Our client, a leading marketing services company based in Chicago has an urgent need for a Veritas NetBackup Expert to join their organization in their offices in the Tampa/Clearwater vicinity on a contract basis (6 months with possibility of extension). May also consider candidates who would prefer to work out of their Green Bay WI or Schaumburg IL locations. You will be responsible for NetBackup architecture, installation and configuration on various hardware platforms.
* The ideal candidate will have 5 years of NetBackup (NBU) experience.
* Should have experience with the most recent versions of NBU 5.1 and 6.5.
* Prefers someone who at one point had responsibility from architecture to the administration. It would be a plus to have admin skills in order to work with the server teams for NBU configuration.
* NBU in a VTL (Virtual Tape Library) environment would also be a plus.
