Job description
The IBM PeopleSoft HR/eApps Consultant is responsible for leading & performing the functional activities across the development lifecycle for PS HCM implementations and/or upgrades with a focus on the PS eCollaborative applications (eApps).
Functional activities incl. requirements definition, process analysis, fit/gap resolution, process design & implementation, functional design, application configuration, testing, training, and cutover. Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of 1 or more of the HCM eApps (e.g., Talent Acquisition Manager, Candidate Gateway, eProfile, eCompensation, ePerformance, eDevelopment, eBenefits, ePay) as well as 1 or more of the following: HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, North American Payroll, and/or Time and Labor.
Required
At least 2 years experience in hands-on PeopleSoft HCM v.8.8+ application
At least 2 years experience in at least 2 full lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of one or more PeopleSoft HCM eApps along with automated workflow.
At least 2 years experience in projects, this should have also included implementation of one or more PS applications: HR, Benefits Admin, Payroll, and/or Time and Labor for clients with 5,000 or more employees.
At least 3 years experience in HR Operations
Readyness to travel Up to 75%; traveling 5 days a week, home on weekends
English: Fluent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in hands-on PeopleSoft HCM v.8.8+ application
