PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Consultant
The PeopleSoft (PS) Payroll Senior Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Payroll module, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Candidates are required to travel up to 75%. Prefer candidates with global experience, upgrade experience from 8.8 to 8.9, v8.8+, as well as experience implementing other PS modules i.e., Benefits, Time & Labor.
At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft Payroll implementation and support, experience with deep configuration knowledge plus of knowledge of configuration issues between HR, Payroll and Time/Labor modules
At least 3 years experience in leading interface development and integration teams
At least 2 years experience in 2 full life-cycle PeopleSoft HCM projects
At least 3 years experience in demonstrated team lead experience on full lifecycle engagements
Readiness to travel Up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
