The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for the cross-selling of third-party offers and member benefits to website visitors and house email lists. Duties will include business development, ad trafficking, and campaign initiation and optimization. Acts as the main contact with partner companies from the contract phase through day-to-day relationship management. This position requires online marketing experience, as well as the ability to interact well with internal teams, vendors, and partner companies.
Responsibilities:
• Business development - Expand the portfolio of third-party offers available for marketing to members while maximizing revenue generation.
• Traffic, test, and optimize marketing offers across the Experian Consumer Direct websites.
• Work with web developers, QA, compliance, and email deployment teams to launch third-party cross-sell email campaigns.
• Provide reporting and analysis to gauge success/failure of online marketing campaigns.
• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all online and e-mail cross-sell campaigns meet company guidelines.
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related.
• 2+ years related online and/or direct marketing experience.
• Familiarity with online and/or direct marketing performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Prior experience working with ad serving solutions such as DoubleClick preferred.
• Experience with email marketing and membership marketing a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Adobe Photoshop a plus.
