SHORT SCOOP: Degreed and 8+ yrs project management exp with MS Project, eProject/Daptiv, MS Office, Visio, HTML, Java-J2EE & SQL WebSphere; ITIL or PMP and Oracle, Siebel Analytics, MS NT, UNIX, wireless, or market research/forecasting exp preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manages staff and contractors on the development of assigned projects
* Manages development & delivery of web-based BI applications on J2EE platform
* Manages development & delivery of Siebel Analytics applications
* Leads planning, requirements gathering, documentation, development & support of web technology projects
* Works closely with business leads from project ideation through delivery/support
* Works with other BIS managers to coordinate resources, schedules, and project delivery
* Collaborates with DW, business systems, tech infrastructure, and support teams
* Works with DB and ETL teams to ensure appropriate designs and end products are delivered per user requirements
* Leads unit, system & user acceptance testing of web-based systems
* Trains tech support staff on delivered applications prior to delivery to provide appropriate user support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT (or related field of study)
* Master's degree (MIS or MBA) preferred
* 8+ yrs project management exp working with MS Project, eProject/Daptiv, MS Office, Visio, HTML, Java-J2EE, SQL WebSphere
* Strong leadership, multitasking, time and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Oracle, BI tools such as Siebel Analytics, Microsoft NT, Unix, Wireless technologies, statistics/market research/forecasting business systems development
