Our client is a software development company that provides dynamic and interactive, resolution-on-demand, rich media and document content creation, management and delivery solutions for the Internet and mobile networks. Its products power rich media applications on some of the world's most viewed websites and mobile devices.
In this position, you will work with our client's product management and development team to help develop new (in Browser) application modules as well as add features and support existing application modules. You will use your knowledge and expertise in Flash ActionScript 3.0 as well as experience with web standards PHP, JavaScript, XML, HTML and other Web development application tools to develop new modules in an existing framework of our Web applications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for rapid Flash application prototyping and capable of quick turnaround on iterations for review.
Required Technical skills
• Flex developer with expert knowledge of Flash Programming and ActionScript 3.0
• Front end Flex development expertise
• Knowledgeable with PHP, JavaScript, XML, HTML and MXML
• Experience with Flash Media Server
• Knowledge of server side technologies, such as Remoting, .Net, C#, Flex, Air a plus
• Strong experience in developing Flash Web based applications
• Strong design sense is a plus
Note: Strong emphasis will be placed on the candidate's programming and development skills in Flash AS2 or 3 with other development skills as strong desirable assets.
