RESPONSIBILITES
? Ensures assigned work projects are completed in a timely fashion.
? Responsible for identifying, facilitate, track and resolve client computer hardware/software problems and assist regional support and operation analyst
? Responsible for planning, design, operation, maintenance and monitoring of regional telecom, voice and data networks.
? Consults with vendors to order, install, test and maintain voice and communication equipment and cabling.
? Coordinates the installation and maintenance of phone lines and systems.
? Identifies and resolves computer hardware/software problems.
? Installs and supports Windows desktop and notebook systems.
? Makes phone system additions, changes, as well as installs new station equipment.
? Maintains PBX / systems and associated hardware.
? Provides phone support for identifying and troubleshooting client/server problems through discussions with users and subordinate Support Analysts
? Assists IT server team to resolve hardware/software problems.
? Utilizes the work order system and adheres to IT Support open work order schedules and guidelines.
? Manages the work order system's queue. Responsible for escalating work orders that are in danger of missing their Service Level Agreement.
? Ensures computing standards and policies are followed.
? Acts as a project leader for assigned projects.
? Assists in orientation, training and checking the work of operation and support Analysts.
? After hours support under on-call pager rotation.
? Ability to travel between sites and a willingness to travel.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
? 5-7 yrs of experience in a corporate Information Services/Technology department.
? 2-year of experience coordinating technical personnel in resolving client computer hardware/software problems.
? Experience working with routers, bridges, switches, hubs and other network components
? Understands fundamental of client/server (WinNT, 2000 & 2003) LAN/WAN environments including network printing.
? Understands fundamental of network concepts such as DNS, WINS, and DHCP
? Holds the Microsoft MCP certification for the current enterprise desktop operating system.
? Demonstrates working knowledge of company standard Windows operating system as related to PC system devices configurations and network configurations.
? Exp in dealing with vendors to order, install, test and maintain data, voice and communication equipment and cabling.
? Ability to diagnose and repair PC and Notebook systems.
? Ability to resolve multiple first level client hardware/software technical problems.
? Ability to handle a fast paced, dynamic, volatile environment.
? Ability to get along well and deal with people in all levels of responsibility.

Long term contract assignment. Excellent Pay Rate, paid holidyas, vacation, and much more. NO Per Diem with this assignment.
