We are looking for a Program Manager - Round Rock
Candidates should posses the following minimum knowledge and skills:
Program Manager
Term: 6 Months
Location: Round Rock
Responsible for managing multiple projects within a common program, to achieve business goals. This position will involve working with Dell's Oracle based data relationship management tool and be expected to satisy 2-5 different sets of deliverables that will extend until the end of Dell's fiscal year.
Previous IT Project Management exp. (hands on management style), experience in handling in projects successfully is required. Exp. in data warehousing software and Oracle is preferred.
Accountabilities: Manages and leads complex projects or programs, possibly several concurrently, Interacts with multiple internal and external customers, May act as team leader or manager, Drives complex cross functional or segment projects, Performs complex Business Process Improvement (BPI) analysis.
Ideal Candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and be able to work autonomously.
Experience: 6-8 years
