Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions)
Our senior SAP professionals are part of a diverse team which is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine business processes with technology to help our government clients achieve the highest levels of performance.
Senior SAP consultants play a leadership role on the project and are involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. The consultant must be able to work with end users on the SAP application's integration and functionality; determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area's ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products. Senior consultants on the project will lead both small and medium size teams and must proactively educate both team members and the client with specific best practices. The sphere of influence for a Senior Consultant generally includes team leaders and project managers, vendor or contractor SME's, and limited exposure to project stakeholders. Critical Knowledge
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years working in a SAP environment as a consultant or have played a key role or SME on a project implementation team. In addition, the candidate should have actively worked on a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations with detailed functional knowledge in at least two functional SAP modules and an understanding the business and technical integration issues associated with those modules. In addition, the candidate will have background with interfaces and data conversion, capabilities and limitations of SAP as well as the setup and configuration issues associated with their product modules specialty area. The individual should be capable of leading medium sized teams of 7-12 resources and able to deliver solutions with minimal guidance from project managers.

Critical Skills
The consultant should have demonstrable skills of interfacing with customers to determine business requirements.
Must have:
SAP Core Experience with the following modules:
• FI. Financial accounting
• CO. Controlling
• EC. Enterprise controlling
• IM. Capital investment management
• TR. Treasury
• FM Funds Management
SAP R/3 certification in Release 4.6C or later is a PLUS
