Our team is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to be responsible for working with end users to develop and gather Business Requirements and Functional Specifications for an IVR Speech recognition enhancement project. Responsible for creating Use Cases and Call flow diagrams, our analyst will create tracibility matrices,Test Requirements, and lead/support testing triage.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7+ years experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools is required. A four year degree in Business, MIS, or equivalent (7 - 9 years of related experience/training) required.
Extensive experience in Intervoice IVR's VXML, Scansoft/SpeechWorks Natural speech IVR's.
Experience with Multi Media Contact Centers, Call Center Technologies (IVR, Avaya/PBX, ICM,CMS), Workforce Administration, user interface design, and billing or customer administrative systems.
Experience creating Requirements, Functional Specification and Test Plan documents.
Experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed applications.
Experience with various business process and system modeling tools: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, and Use Case Scenarios.
Excellent understanding of and experience with a Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology.
Ability to conceptualize, document and communicate the business and technical constraints and requirements.
Ability to see and account for the big picture as well as the details and to be able to initiate and present the right questions to gain insight into the business practices, organizational impacts and interdependencies with a business need.
Understands and is able to define key measurements of success: client satisfaction response time and agreed service levels met; solution determined, documented & implemented; solution status documentation; quality product; root cause and counter- measures; identified communications.
Ability to help drive to and obtain consensus: peer feed back project participation; quality documentation and presentations; project management; exhibit negotiation skills.
Overall team performance skills: demonstrates ability to multitask, demonstrates analytical/logical thinking, demonstrates technical problem solving; understands and applies system and desktop tools: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, & PowerPoint.
