Job Description
Callidus's Information Solutions develop J2EE-based business intelligence web applications that empower sales personnel, executives, financial analysts, and administrators to report, query, analyze, and model enterprise incentive data. We are looking for several J2EE engineers.
Responsibilities
• Work with product management on the product requirements
• Define tasks and estimates for the responsible modules
• Implement the code that is efficient and easy to maintain
• Develop unit test plan and test cases.
• Maintain prior releases
• Research industry trends and propose changes to the current design as appropriate
Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 or more years of experience in enterprise application development. We also have senior level openings.
• Strong analysis and design skills
• Solid experience in Java, Servlet, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Application development experience on WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss application server
• Familiar with SQL, database, XML, SOAP, and JUnit
Personal Skills
• Excellent team player
• Can do attitude
• Very fast learner; Strong interest in learning new technology
• Flexible; Can adapt to fast-paced working environment
• Strong inter-personal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Any of the following skills is a plus
• Prior experience in enterprise incentive management
• Prior experience in business intelligence
• Prior experience in Adobe Flex
• Prior experience with Agile development process
