The Oracle EBS CRM Functional Lead plans and delivers 11i implementations, extensions and upgrades, including requirements, design, installation, support and documentation needed for the installation, integration and administration of the Oracle eBusiness Suite CRM modules. Reports to regional practice lead.
This individual will have at least 3 years years Oracle eBusiness Suite (release 11i) CRM, Order Management and functional leadership roles, including hands-on design, configuration, training, and support.
Must have been on at least two successful Oracle EBS 11i implementations or major upgrades with a consultant project team of at least five functional and technical resources. The successful candidate will have the following technical skills:
- Oracle EBS CRM skills including requirements gathering, configuring, risk identification, issue resolution and communications at all client levels.
- Functional capabilities to design, configure and implement all major Oracle EBS CRM process flows.
- Technical capabilities include basic SQL scripts
- Integration design capabilities using APIs, open interfaces, and concurrent manager.
Required Skills:
- Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, meeting etiquette, organization and attention to detailed requirements.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project.
- Excellent marketing, sales, proposal, SOW development and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 100%
