Duration:3 months contract to hire
Job description:
Techno-functional experience in OAB/Core HR/SS/CWB/Payroll in the order mentioned
CWB and Payroll is a plus but not required.
More than 4 recent projects with HR experience
Ability to assist with configuration and other functional issues in the above modules mentioned
Ability to take up an issue and do both functional and technical part of the resolution and not depend on any other resource to resolve it
Experience with all technological components needed with any HR related implementation like Workflow, Personalization, table structure, build reports in Discoverer, Fast Formulae, Total Compensation Statement customization etc
HR Report building experience in Discoverer
Ready to take a fulltime role
Experience with SS JSP reporting will be a plus but not required
