EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
• 3 -- 5 years experience with Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003
• 3 -- 5 years experience with Windows 2003 Server, XP, SQL 2005, Active Directory and group policies
• Experience in mid to large enterprise arena
• Experience running SQL queries
• Experience doing customer support with SMS
• Prefer -- experience with SCCM is a plus
• Prefer -- experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support for the Veterans Health Administration Enterprise Management Center
• Management of Microsoft SMS 2003, Windows 2003 Server/XP, and SQL Server 2005
CERTIFICATIONS:
• Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 is a must!
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
• Individuals selected shall be subject to a background investigation and must receive a favorable adjudication from the VA Office of Security and Law Enforcement prior to project performance.
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN
