The Program Manager is responsible for managing mid to large scale deployment projects into client data centers. Deployments include infrastructure build-outs involving SharePoint. The Program Manager will also facilitate project meetings and data collection in support of the project requirements, communicate status and overall project plan to deliver on time and on schedule to all project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
*Track infrastructure post procurement
*Ensure teams are utilizing correct processes including forms, templates, requirements, points of contact, OLAs
*Manage the communication between engineering and operations teams
*Ensure servers are racked correctly and if not, identify root cause and corrective action
*Ensure ports and networks are configured properly before beginning SharePoint build out
*Participate in triage, provide clarity on issues, and drive tasks
Qualifications:
*Infrastructure/Datacenter deployment experience
*Six Sigma Green Belt OR formal PM methodology
*Experience communicating with and engaging users
*Excellent communication and documentation skills
