The Senior Network Engineer's role is to ensure the stable operation of customer computer systems. This includes planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all systems hardware and to a certain degree, software. The Senior Network Engineer will also analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate fashion and provide customer training as needed. Some job duties include: Installation of data networking equipment, including, but not limited to servers, virtual machines, PC's, wireless devices, firewall's, routers, switches, VoIP telephone systems, etc.
