The candidate must be experienced with SQL 2005 database design and administration, design and construction of advanced SSIS packages, VBScript, Visual Basic & Visual Studio, VBA and Office automation.
Responsible for the maintenance and evolution of a new three tier materials management information system on a SQL Server 2005 data warehouse. Several reports and multiple on-line applications will need to be developed with management direction to use this data to support inventory valuation, purchasing, and surplus redeployment, and strategy development and implementation for the materials management department in the expendables division. The entire system is in its infancy and this is a great opportunity to be in at the ground floor in a ground breaking situation. This is a demanding position that requires technical skills, strong and efficient work habits, and business thinking to achieve the unlimited upside potential of this position.
