Regional Director of Management Engineering AZ Region operations. Located in Phoenix, the individual in this role will plan and direct the work of 8 - 10 Management Engineers serving with AZ Region hospitals with organizational performance measurement and analysis, including productivity and operational benchmarking, formal and informal training, team facilitation, work process analysis, and consultation with healthcare leaders. The AZ Regional Director will work closely with the Western Regional Director and will have responsibility for some systemwide projects and activities.
