Use your broad technical knowledge of voice platforms such as VOIP, PBX, Cellular, BlackBerry and at least 2 - 5 years of IT Enterprise development experience to work with software developers, customers, partners, and other internal teams. Your purpose will be to create specifications, perform requirements gathering, set product priorities, drive the features delivery, and establish product direction. Additionally, you will:
· join with marketing and other outward-facing groups to bring messages to the market, and gather feedback on the planned product and features;
· interact with your peers on the development and test teams to ensure delivery of product that solves the customer's business issues;
· collaborate with other internal company teams to ensure delivery of cross-group dependencies;
· contact development and services organizations to disseminate detailed technical information for products, tools, and assisting in the continued improvement of knowledge content;
· work with Engineering in driving competitive planning across R&D efforts in their specific areas of focus; and,
· have the ability to influence both external customers and internal product teams through written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, the ability to handle multiple concurrent releases and demonstrated experience driving for results in a cross-group/team project.
