ASP.Net Web Developer -- Recent Graduate
This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to become a programmer with a solid foundation in the .Net Framework and gain advanced relational database experience. This role will work on challenging projects as part of our busy technical team.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree and/or coursework in any high-level programming language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to learn new technologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical associates
• Ability to estimate and communicate effort levels behind assigned tasks
• Ability to start new .Net web projects from scratch in Visual Studio
• A good understanding of the built-in ASP.Net web controls and web application
• Ability to multi-task across simultaneous client projects
Qualifications:
• Background with HTML and CSS (hand-coding)
• Client-side scripting (JavaScript)
• Background in Microsoft web technologies (ASP and ASP.Net)
• Server-side Scripting (PHP/ASP/ASP.Net)
• Some Relational Database knowledge (e.g. Oracle or MS SQL)
• XML / XSL / XSLT a plus
• IIS Management Skills a plus
