I'm looking for the type of individual who has always had a strong interest in the field of programming/development beyond what a University course could teach. Your role will be to act as an integral player in helping the Traders evolve their trading strategies by creating (and re-creating) real-time trading systems capable of dealing with automated trading methods. The team consist of a mixture of mathematicians and developers who have built a culture of creating solutions that work well in small agile environments and are looking for a developer capable of working in such a team. C++ is the coding language used and suitable applicants will recognize the value of how such a language can be scaled from rapid application development solutions through to more robust real-time systems development. Your industry exposure is irrelevant but evidence of commitment towards programming throughout your experience is key. Examples may included people who have set-up unix networks in their spare time, developed commercial applications in your spare time or creating industry leading applications in your field of expertise.
