We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who is enthusiastic about problem solving and can manage small and large projects. Our Business Analysts:
• Participate in and document requirements gathering sessions with functional process owners and users.
• Translate the requirements into functional designs.
• Serve as liaison between technical staff and users during software development to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Provide insight on business process improvements.
• Motivate project team members to a common goal.
The successful candidate will possess the acumen to quickly assimilate problems and create software solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to consideration for this position. Training and mentoring skills are a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of business analysis or business systems support experience is preferred.
