Internet Administrator
Responsible for user-centered design and content development for the ncaa.org collection of websites.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure the site content meets users' needs and adheres to NCAA branding requirements and the site's editorial and graphical standards.
* Conduct frequent formal and informal training sessions with NCAA staff on use of content-management tools.
* Analyze trends in user traffic and behavior and implement changes to the web site based upon usage trends.
* Conduct user research and testing, summarize results, and make recommendations.
* Provide technical support for the web publishing needs of NCAA staff.
* Collaborate with developers to resolve technical problems and provide technical leadership on user interface-related features.
* Evaluate and implement emerging web technologies as appropriate.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proven experience in user interface design.
* Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications.
* Strong command of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
* Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design/Architecture, or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of Java Server Pages development and web-development using IBM WebSphere and IBM Workplace Web Content Management systems a plus.
