Job Description :
Review Technology support process and procedure, generate methods to measure the volume, quality and efficiency of those processes, as well as create and execute plans to make improvements. You will manage others in a matrix fashion, depending upon the workgroups involved and the needs of the improvement plans. You will be responsible for defining and sizing opportunities, learning all that is necessary about the technologies and downstream processes, and aligning staff to capitalize on those opportunities.
You will help define, revise, and evolve the services provided by the Storage Services team according to ITIL, ITSM, and other industry best practices. You will mentor, coach, and develop the staff to be able to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control services using Six Sigma methods, including the Voice of the Customer.
Requirements:
*You must be creative, a self-starter, and self-directing
*You must be process oriented, a problem solver, and customer focused
*You must be able to define appropriate measurements, capture the output, and accurately interpret the results (Six Sigma or similar methods a plus)
* You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal (knowledge and competency in entire MS Office suite)
* Must have strong interpersonal skills
* Must have working knowledge of several platforms (multiple storage technologies strongly preferred)
* Must be able to manage people, projects, process, and technology (3-5 years experience in technology supervisory or project management experience required)
