Data Warehouse Consultants (www.dwconsultants.com) is seeking an Operations Applications Analyst for a client in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the I.T. Department to develop and maintain programs to assist in the automation of manufacturing
• Translate data from the Oracle system into reports using Access, Visual Basic and/or Crystal Report Writer
• Remain in touch with all manufacturing processes in order to translate data into real time solutions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or two years related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of Database software, Development software, Manufacturing software and Order processing systems
• Excellent computer skills -- Word, Excel and Access
• Experience with Visual Basic or .Net programming
• APICS Certification a plus
• Ability to react to change
• Six Sigma training and Oracle experience a plus
