- Senior Level hands-on BPC solution expertise, with ability to design and lead in the BPC
Planning solution area.
- Must have BPC/OutlookSoft 5.1 implementation experience.
- Good understanding of Planning/Budgeting business process
- Ensure that BPC strategy, approach, standards and procedures, as well as customer
program/project management standards/policies, documentation, mentoring/knowledgetransfer
procedures are followed.
- Very familiar with BPC Best practices, standards, and emerging roadmap to optimize
implementation
- Skilled in planning and scoping, requirements gathering and analysis, Gap Analysis and
resolution.
- Experienced in full life cycle: blueprint, execution, testing, training, go-live, support.
- Able to lead or conduct meetings/sessions.
- Experienced in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and BPC performance optimization.
- Assist in conversion of history if/as needed from existing Oracle Hyperion system to SAP
BPC.
- BPC Security / Authorizations
- Work with extended team: Basis, DBA and Portal.
- Very good communication and overall consulting skills.
- Train Super-users / end-users to enable them to develop their own reports.
- High-tech industry experience preferred but not required.
