Location: Madison, WI

a. Total 4-6 years experience with at least 1-3 years working in HP Service Center tool with customization experience in the tool
b. Javascript (includes HP service center scripting knowledge)
c. Strong communication skills and ability to work in an onsite-offshore model
HP Service Center Developer:
This person will perform technical activities and development support of a new HP Service Center system 6.2. Specific duties include, determining enhancement requirements, writing technical specifications, coding, unit testing, supporting system and integration testing. May also include Production maintenance support and troubleshooting production issues.
HP Service Center 5.0 or 6.2 (development & administration)
Hands on experience with all HP Service Center modules.
Detailed knowledge of overall ITSM toolset in HP Service Center 6.2
Hands on experience with Java Script, RAD routines/Macros.
Hands on experience with HP service center tools not limited to Format control, Scripts, Display screen, Display Options, Display events, script library, Inbox, Macros and clocks.
Experienced in HP Services Center related tools - Connect-It
Experienced in Databases technologies
Basic database architecture and design
HP Service Center data dictionary -- and meta data
SQL programming - basic SQL, stored procedures and functions. (not must)
Understanding of ITIL framework
