Due to growth and business expansion, we have an immediate requirement in our we immediate opening in our Technical Support Team Your mission is to consistently provide a rewarding customer experience by promptly resolving technical issues that EVault customers and partners encounter while using our core products and associated applications.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Respond promptly to vault operations and follow through on all assigned tasks
• Create records for each procedure and follow through on any tasks assigned
• Respond promptly to escalation requests from CSRs.
• Keep detailed records of all activities in a CRM
• Maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly activities in additional to tasks assigned
• Ensure all server systems run efficiently and all errors are addressed
• Become knowledgeable in all EVault products
• Become a part of an on-call rotation
The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
• B.S. degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience desired
• At least 1 year experience working in a call center environment
• At least 2 years experience working with Windows 200x servers
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle and diffuse difficult customers and situations
• Familiarity with back-up software
• Ability to multi-task and work under dynamic conditions and constraints with minimal supervision--i.e. strong analytical, prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to respond to users with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
• Novell NetWare, Linux/Unix, AS/400 experience a definite plus
• MS Exchange, MS SQL Server, Oracle experience definite plus
• Ability to speak French is desirable
