General Description:
seeking to hire an Oracle Software Project Implementation Manager. The Primary role will be to run Oracle Software Implementation and support the Customer Base. Must possess good communication skills and be a team player.
Essential Functions:
• Responsibility is to Project Manage Oracle implementations planning and leadership required in accordance with Oracle consulting project and software.
• Managing Plans and client-centric timeframes while delivering high quality within budget.
• Responsible for Project Plans and Project Timelines
• Responsible for Status Reports to Management Client Team
• Responsible for coordinating and presenting at Client Steering Committee meetings
• Responsible for managing the consulting team during the implementation
• Responsible for guiding and working with the client's project manager and resource team
• Strong understanding of Oracle AIM Methodology and Phases of Implementation
• Strong understanding of Project Plan Management utilizing MicroSoft Project
• Understanding of Oracle Module Suite and process of implementation including:
o Oracle Technology Stack and Schemas
o Oracle Financial Modules
o Oracle Manufacturing Modules/CRM Modules
o Strong understanding of the Application APIs and AOL
• Ability to be lead consultants who take responsibility for the particular Oracle module or product set required during the implementation.
• Responsible for all reports, deliverables for the project
• Responsible for the project's profitability and budget
• Ability to manage client expectations
• Ability to manage project scope and write changes to scope as required.
• Manages and leads client expectations during post-sales consulting services delivery.
• Interacts with other functional members both on the client and consulting side to coordinate and run testing and acceptance of the implementation deliverables.
• Maintains excellent, client-centric relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction and willingness to provide positive references.

Education/Experience Requirements:
• CPIM required
• MS Degree or equivalent preferred
• Background as business analyst in previous career a plus
• Experience and clear understanding working with AIM Methodology, Business Process Engineering, and Project Management tools and methodologies a plus
• 6+ years of implementation experience in a support, consulting, or field support environment.
• Must have excellent analytical and a problem solving skills
• Interest to develop internal teaching modules to develop lead consultant's skills for project management
• Possesses excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
Career Path:
This company fully expects the appropriate candidate to develop project managers and within 12 to 24 month have the ability to be a Program Manager
