We are looking for individuals who possess similar core values and are experienced in SAP Manufacturing Modules as a Project Manager / Business Analyst for our Waltham MA location. The Business Relationship Lead SAP Manufacturing is responsible for the daily relationships with the Managers of Process Improvement and other key business stakeholders for a specific process area. The Business Relationship Lead is expected to foster excellent partnerships with other North American Service Center teams as well as being responsible for working with the key stakeholders to establish and adhere to project and system enhancement prioritization and assignment to the appropriate Application Support and Service Delivery Leads. Document and define the business requirements to be used by the Solution Delivery and Application Support Leads. The Business Relationship Lead is expected to act as an escalation point in supporting the IT service management processes as well as a cross functional coordinator. Also researches and proposes innovative IT solutions to improve business performance and ensure effective deployment to the business community.
Must Have Skills:
• Minimum of 8 years experience in the application of technology solutions to support business processes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology leadership
• Extensive project management experience
• Expert experience with SAP Manufacturing Module
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC, and BW, Manufacturing Module
• Extensive knowledge of Internet-based applications, SAP Portals knowledge or experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Willingness to provide 7 x 24 support required
• Excellent Microsoft Office/Project skills required
• ITIL Service Management certification desired
• Strong technical understanding of SAP (ECC and Netweaver)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related discipline required, Masters preferred
