As a SLA Team Lead, you'll perform a key role in ensuring all IT projects maintain client and service owner service level agreements (SLA), operating level agreements (OLA), and key performance indexes (KPI) are met. In addition, you will analyze and review these indicators and initiate action to maintain or improve performance. You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining a service catalogue of existing services offered by the North American Service Center (NASC).
Required/Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding and knowledge of ITIL standards -- ideally ITIL certified
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with upper management
• Superior MS Office/Project skills
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business preferred
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
• Ideally local candidates to Dundee Michigan
